Welcome to Home Revival Brisbane. By using our service coordination platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Our Role

Home Revival Brisbane acts solely as a service coordinator to connect you with local professionals. We do not provide the actual services and are not responsible for their quality or timeliness.

2. Service Provider Selection

Professionals are selected based on our knowledge of local providers. Satisfaction or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Service Fee

• Electrical & Plumbing: $50 coordination fee
• General Household Services: $30 coordination fee
• Cleaning, Gardening, Lawn Mowing: $20 coordination fee
• Other: $20 initial coordination fee; max $50 depending on service needs

Fee is charged upon form submission. If no provider is found, the fee is refunded in full.

4. Payment & Pricing

Pricing for services is determined by the service providers. Home Revival Brisbane does not process or control payments for services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Coordination fee is non-refundable once a provider is assigned.
• If provider fails to attend, a replacement may be offered or a refund considered.
• Cancellations after replacement offer do not guarantee refunds.
• Disputes about service quality or charges should be handled with the provider.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Home Revival Brisbane is not liable for damage, loss, or injury from third-party services. Users engage providers at their own risk.

7. Personal Information

Personal data is only used for coordinating services and is not shared with unrelated parties. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

9. Emergency & Urgency Disclaimer

Important: We are not an emergency service. Call 000 for immediate threats. Urgent requests marked ASAP incur an additional $40 coordination fee, non-refundable once coordination begins.

10. Service Area

Currently, we operate exclusively within the Brisbane metropolitan area.
